Holiday homes, or summer houses. Give them a name; I love them.
Most of the time they are on spots only known by locals, and with beautiful views. They are decorated with what nature brings, and with the creative mind of its owners.
Nothing is overdone. Every piece in the house has its function.
All for the benefit of relaxing and to enjoy life.
A lovely example I found on estmagazine.com is this Greek summer house. Four years ago it was a bird nest. Now it is rebuild by the South African photographers Gerda Genes and Robert Koene.
